with fixed forks, without additional lift: two forks welded to the operator platform allow direct access onto the pallet for order picking.
with lifting forks and additional lift: thanks to the additional lift during picking it is possible to carry the pallet at operator height.

Driver’s cabin

Thanks to the platform which gives ample freedom of movement, the order picker guarantees optimum performance. The low position of the platform gives added comfort when lifting and lowering. The suspension of the platform and the surface of the cabin absorb bumps and rocking which may occur while being driven, or during lifting or lowering. The deadman switch is integrated and set in the floor in the surface of the platform. The control display panel as well as the storage trays, are integrated into the front section, between the mast columns. On the left is the steering, and on the right the grab handle with butterfly switch for driving. With the butterfly switch positioned in front of the grab handle the direction of drive and speed are activated. In the curve of the grab handle it is possible to activate, by means of buttons, the hydraulic functions and the horn.

Chassis

The chassis is an extremely rigid steel structure. The motor housing is protected by a cover in sheet steel which can be lifted by gas springs/struts. The battery cover is metal.

Drive
The drive motor mounted vertically forms a single drive unit with the transmission, the magnetic brake and the drive wheel. The order picker can be fitted with guide rolls, which are useful in narrow aisles.


MasterDrive control
The electronic control offers great reliability and a high level of safety. The MOSFET control technology acts as a central unit: all manoeuvres are controlled through the processing of signals and carried out by a microprocessor. An integrated diagnostics and service interface allows easy configuration and parameter setting of the fork lift with the service laptop.

Battery
24V 440Ah - 560Ah DIN battery. Ability to change the battery from both sides, by means of a fork lift truck or roller.

Steering
The standard fit electric steering always takes the wheel to a central position on ignition. The picker is easily and precisely manoeuvrable. An LED on the control panel indicates the wheel position. The steering angle control guarantees safe driving features with high performance.

Lift and hydraulic system
The picker has a stable single column version. Thanks to the width of the column, the control panel is contained in the column, thus making it possible to construct a vehicle which is extremely short and manoeuvrable. Lifting and lowering movements are activated with buttons by means of electro-valves. A pressure-limiting valve protects the machine from overload. The lowering hydraulic cylinder shock absorber allows gentle lowering of the cabin, thus protecting both the operator and the material.

Brakes
The braking system acts with two components: The electro-mechanical drive brake parks the vehicle when not being used. The regenerative braking system acts during use by: releasing the butterfly switch the motor brake is activated automatically and is electronically controlled, braking the order picker smoothly.
